As well as this, some of these ideas could be useful to those of you helping to run Centres and courses in VCM. For WSF to move forward it is vital that we all learn to support and nourish each other. Many beginners cannot advance without this kind of follow up and leadership. Very often, new members who ring our Centres in distress have overlooked the basic guidance given to us by Bhai Sahib. To this end, here is a summary, which could be helpful.
Cleansing
Regular cleansing will alleviate the headaches, dizziness, fatigue and stress that many of you suffer without being aware that the cause is accumulated negativity.
How many times a day do you cleanse?
Is your cleansing time long enough?
Do you remember that those times when you are feeling down but don't want to cleanse are the times you will benefit most?
Mind Powers
In all moments, in all situations, challenge yourself to remember the Divine.
Watch every thought. Are they positive? What future are you creating for yourself right now?
Watch every word you speak. Is the phrasing positive? What affirmations are you making for yourself and those around you during your interactions with them and even while daydreaming?
Releasing
We can prolong our suffering as a unit by not giving service in the form of following the first principle of spirit: "God is love." I ask you for this reason, to examine all the relationships that you have within WSF to see how much of God you are shining into them.
Clearing negativity and karmic issues in relationships can be facilitated by:
Acknowledgment of feelings, allow them and express them as harmlessly as possible
Consciously accept and forgive yourself and others.
Use Mirror work and Visualisations if you feel "stuck" in an emotion.
Prayer
"Ask and ye shall receive "(Bible)
Prayer can be used as a means of turning to God when you are in need or it can be seen as the method by which your entire life is given direction. Do you pray? Doing so means that you are taking the time to reflect on where your life is heading and provides with the opportunity to connect with and surrender to Divine Guidance.
I used to pray piteously, asking for all the things I felt I needed so desperately. Then I was guided to see myself as perfect while I STOOD before God. This is the exercise I recommend: Explain to the Divine what you are not experiencing as perfect in your life and then visualize it as perfect, surrender it and allow the miracles to unfold. They do.

In return for all the prayers answered, do you give thanks? One of the greatest keys to spirituality is gratitude.
Fill yourself with love for the Divine as you consciously give thanks for your blessings.
With this in mind, all the Scriptures emphasise SINGING the praises of the Divine. If you surrender a portion of each day to the singing of the Mool Mantra you will become aware of the protective and nourishing energetic field that immediately floods your entire being.
