The Hale-Bopp comet that arrived in April 1997, lasted for many months and caused much controversy as to what exactly it was that came into our solar system. Was it Nibiru, the 12th planet, as mentioned by Zecharia Sitchin, or was it a Sirian space craft? Perhaps it was a visitor from another dimension which caused the people from Heaven's Gate to take their lives in order to join a more advanced race of people.
