What kind of a world will result with humans finally being able to communicatewith one another over a global computer network? Will we, as a global species,be able to use our new technologies to set a course where we can fosterand implement the choices to bring balance to our population and translateour instant ideas into appropriate actions to save the atmosphere, allliving creatures, and especially ourselves?

 The Portal Net will feature those sites and sources of informationthat can promote new thinking, and hopefully fresh thought which can beused to reconstruct, and assist all life supporting systems on this planet.
